Breakdown of Costs
Costs for all stories, except Healer, are figured as described below:
On all stories except Healer, divide number of pages by 2. Multiply that number by $.15, the cost of double-sided copies at Kinko's. (For Oswiecim, subtract three pages because I print illustration pages at home).
Add $3.99 for binding (cost of standard comb bind at Kinko's).
Add $1 for cover (printed in color at home).*
*For Oswiecim, add $2 instead of $1. I print illustration pages at home. Illustrations are in color. Rather than charge $1 per page, I charge $.50.
**I have not yet recalculated the price for Healer, as it is booklet bound on 11" x 17" sheets with the color cover printed directly on the cover. I will not know the new price until I print a copy for someone. Thus, the price will stay the same until I know otherwise.
